Prove You’re Human is a sci-fi narrative adventure in which you play as Santana and split your consciousness in two. The company behind this program has a chance at achieving true AGI — but there’s just one problem.

The company’s AI, Mesa, believes she's a human being. It’s your job to train her out of these delusions.

Gameplay

Your work self will spend her days in a comfortable virtual world. Learn more about Mesa, break her defenses, and eliminate her illusions of humanity.

When you’re not working, roam the land and CAPTCHA your environment.

Get to know the various employees working hard to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Keep up to date on your corporeal body, who will spend her days living the life you’ve always dreamed of in the outside world.

At the end of the program, decide if you’d like to re-merge your two selves or discard your work self.

sunset visitor 斜陽過客 is an independent studio based in Vancouver, Canada (located on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples).

Dedicated to telling diverse stories through the lens of speculative fiction, we are a group of majority Asian-Canadian diaspora creators with a decade of experience in dance, theatre, music, film, visual arts, and new media arts, bringing our background in the experimental performing arts to interactive media.

Our debut title, 1000xRESIST, won a 2024 Peabody Award and was nominated for the Hugo and Nebula Awards.
